For more than a decade, Dragon Cafe has been part of everyday life in Bridgend. Known for freshly prepared breakfasts, quality coffee and a warm welcome, we’ve built our reputation one customer, one meal and one conversation at a time.
Today, we’re proud to continue that journey from our beautiful new home on Nolton Street — offering more space, more comfort and the same friendly atmosphere that local customers have loved since the beginning.
Dragon Cafe first opened in 2015 with a simple goal: serve great food, quality coffee and genuine hospitality in the heart of Bridgend.
Over the years, what started as a small local café has grown into one of the town’s favourite places for breakfast, lunch and coffee. We’ve welcomed families, workers, shoppers and visitors from across Bridgend and the surrounding area, many of whom have become familiar faces and valued regulars.
As our community continued to grow, so did the need for more space. Moving to 24–26 Nolton Street marked an exciting new chapter for Dragon Cafe — allowing us to create a brighter, more comfortable café while continuing to serve the food and friendly service that made us a local favourite in the first place.
From traditional Full English and Welsh breakfasts to vegetarian favourites, our freshly cooked breakfasts have helped make Dragon Cafe a popular destination for customers across Bridgend.
Our move to Nolton Street has given us a beautiful new space to enjoy, while keeping the relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and personal touch that customers know and love.
